Tuesday May 9th starting at 11am – Spring Luncheon at the Calgary Winter Club. The Needleworkers with help from the Rug hookers will be managing this event.  Two fundraising events have allowed us to keep the cost for the Spring Luncheon tickets to $32. Tickets now on sale from Jennie Wolter on Mondays and Loraine Constable on Wednesdays. If you have donation for a door prize, that would be GREAT!!!  Please pass your donations to either Jennie Wolter or Laura McFayden.  Members wishing to display items (completed within the past 24 months) during the luncheon  MUST submit their items to the discipline coordinator the week prior to the luncheon.  Please note items will NOT be accepted during the luncheon as setting up the display takes time and receiving a last minute item causes disruption once the display has been set up.  Elaine Proulx will coordinate rug display items; Bev Setterington & Lynn Prokosch will coordinate needleworker display items; a quilter is needed to coordinate the quilt display items
